This time, the minimum wage rises by one thousand to CZK 16,200/month. Naturally, the increase also affects the hourly rate, which will now be CZK 96.40/hour. The minimum hourly rate should be observed for all forms of employment (DPP, DPČ and ordinary employment contracts).

The minimum wage increase also raises wages in the guaranteed wage categories. Consider whether you should give yourself or your employees a pay rise. 🙂 Conversely, if you are an employee, do not be afraid to ask for the adjustment to which you are legally entitled. You can find the categories and new minimum wage levels on the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs website.

If you are unsure, do not hesitate to get in touch and we will look at it together. 🙂
