02 — Our way of working

Accounting can run digitally.
Responsibility stays human.

We share data electronically. But we still discuss important matters clearly, with a real person on the other end.

Importing electronic bank statements and invoices, data extraction, online storage and archives, online meetings

03 — Getting started

Three steps.
Everything clear.

How working together unfolds
01

First, we talk about what you need.

We briefly discuss your business, current situation, timing and the scope of work. If we are not the right fit, we will tell you straight away.

02

We propose a handover and a clear scope.

You receive a list of the documents we need, a transition plan and a price based on the actual workload — with no hidden steps.

03

We establish a regular rhythm.

We agree on how to share documents, communicate and manage deadlines. You then know what to send, who to contact and what you will get back.

04 — Team

People behind the numbers.
A team behind every client.

Lucie founded the company, but impuestos is more than one person’s name. Today, it is a team that shares information, responsibility and the care of each client’s accounts.

Tax exemption for tips

Tips have long occupied a grey area in the Czech Republic. Formally, they are taxable employment income, but in practice the vast majority of people in hospitality do not declare them.

06 — Before you get in touch

Practical
answers.

01How much will accounting services cost?

Indicative monthly pricing starts at CZK 2,000 for non-VAT registered businesses, CZK 4,000 for VAT registered businesses and CZK 8,000 for larger companies. One-off work and consultations start at CZK 1,500 per hour, while the DIY VAT-identified person and tailored taxes packages start at CZK 7,500. Your specific quote always reflects the actual scope of work.

02How does switching from another accountant work?

First, we agree on the timing and scope. We then prepare a list of the documents to be handed over and coordinate the process so there are no gaps in your records or missed deadlines.

03Do I have to bring documents in person?

No. Most of our work together can be handled digitally. In-person meetings are available at our office in central Brno, but day-to-day accounting can be managed online from almost anywhere in the world.

04Who will look after my accounting?

You will have a clear point of contact, but information will not stay with just one person. We work as a team and organise the work so that cover is available during holidays or illness.

05Can you help right from the start of a business?

Yes. We go through your basic obligations, a suitable way to keep records, document sharing and the practical deadlines that are worth setting up from day one.

07 — Contact

A few sentences about your business and what you need to change are enough to start with. You do not need to have every document ready.
