What does this mean?
The state is trying to simplify all the paperwork in which employers often get lost. Instead of you (or us on your behalf) sending various statements, notifications and reports to several different authorities each month, a single monthly report will be enough in future – submitted electronically.
What will this new report replace?
In the first phase, it will mainly replace forms that employers currently send to the District Social Security Administration (OSSZ) and the Labour Office.
Here are a few examples of forms that will disappear:
- statements of contributions due,
- applications to join and leave the register of employers,
- notifications of employees starting or leaving employment,
- pension insurance record sheets,
- certificates of employees’ income,
- payroll cost statements – job sharing,
- and other forms you may not even have known existed.

And here are a few examples of those that will remain:
- attachment to a benefit application,
- total labour costs report,
- quarterly labour report,
- notification of compliance with the mandatory proportion of employees with disabilities in the employer’s total workforce,
- monitoring questionnaire.
It is important to note that the first phase does not envisage the unified report replacing forms submitted to health insurance companies – such as employee registrations, deregistrations and monthly contribution statements. However, their inclusion in the system is planned for the future. We think this is a great shame, as it makes the overall simplification somewhat ‘half-hearted’. ☹️
When will it start?
- From July 2025, the testing phase begins.
- From 1.4. 2026, JMHZ will be mandatory for all employers
